Trails are groomed and track set.
We got up to 35cm after the big storm, but it has compacted to 30cm. Perfect midwinter conditions and no too cold today.
Snow Height: 12cm
We picked up a few cm of snow from the clipper.
We have reports that the trails are fully groomed, track set, and conditions are perfect mid-winter. Have fun.
Snow Height: 9cm
The blizzard was a dud, we picked up only 4cm of snow. However, that was enough to set track.
The trails are in good condition, groomed and track set.

We picked up about 5cm of snow yesterday. The trails were groomed and track set as of Sunday, so this amount should keep it skiable. Will post if any further grooming reports come in. Enjoy the powder conditions.
We are now set up nicely for the two NYSSRA races to take place this weekend in Cole's Woods.

Snow Height: 4cm
The 4cm sleet and ice did not melt fully and froze hard, with a dusting of clipper we were back to the 4cm mark. Very cold hope for more snow.
Snow Height: 4cm
We picked up snow and sleet, it is a sheet of ice everywhere, if the rain and melt are not too severe we have an instant base, then clipper snow during the week things could be quite skiable. Cross your fingers and check back tomorrow.
At least one cross-country skier was naughty (and it only takes one) because we got a hard thaw for Christmas. Back to dryland until the next snow comes. Happy holidays regardless...
Snow height: 11cm
We got only sleet last night. Trails should be rock skiable. Good skiing at Queensbury and Kensington schools, while it lasts. Check back Thurs. for conditions post thaw.
Merry Christmas!
Sorry out of town so had not posted. We still have 12cm snow on the measuring stick. Not sure how Cole's Woods is holding up, but crust skiing on fields is a lot of fun. Kensington School is groomed, Queensbury should be, will check, but at least good crust skiing while the cold holds until the coming thaw on Wednesday.

We picked up roughly 15cm new dense wet snow yesterday. Season is on! Trail report tonight.
Snow height: 10cm
We picked up just ice, sleet, and rain in the storm yesterday. Snow height unchanged, but it should make for a solid base for the next snow we get the next days.
Snow height: 10cm
Snow type: frozen packed light powder on top
We had on Wed. more snow than rain and yesterday more rain than snow but it all frozen today so good at least rock skiing base. Cold and sunny today will report back if trails get groomed. New equipment will be ready next week.
After 3 good days of skiing in weatherwise if not base-wise, winter conditions, today things have thawed fast without a real base underneath. Went from about 20cm this morning densifying/melting down to 8cm, back to winter prep.
Snow height: 20cm
Good morning and Happy WHITE Thanksgiving!
Grooming crew is figuring out logistics will post when trails get any grooming.
