Happy Thanksgiving Despite Teaser Snow

More rain than snow last night.  It is freezing cold with icy pathes everywhere.  Enjoy Thanksgiving, eat lots of turkey, and go into your basement and do strength training to prepare for the coming season!

Let it Snow!

It was freezing cold this morning, -10C and didn't warm up much past -4C all day.  Flurries from last night had parts of the roof white, and if you look carefully you can see some snow in the grass below.  Let it snow, we are ready... the ski trails look good and ready for the season.  Thanks to the City of Glens Falls, The Friends of Cole's Woods, and everybody that has done trail work to get the trails ready for nordic skiing!

Trails are groomed and tracked and have good snow cover, some thin spots in the usual problem areas, no issue skiing around these thin spots.  There is a lot of debris due to the high winds this morning. The snow is very slow, wait for tomorrow early AM when it's all frozen again to go fast.
